Our standard minimum rental is 4 hours for most vehicles and service areas. For locations at the outer edges of our service area, a 5-hour minimum may apply. Contact us for specifics about your event.

Our standard deposit is 25-50% of the total rental cost, depending on the vehicle and event date. The deposit secures your vehicle and date. The remaining balance is due before your event date as specified in your contract.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with more than 72 hours notice before your event. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice is free and does not affect your deposit.

Yes! We understand events evolve. You can modify your pickup/dropoff locations, add time, change your route, or adjust passenger count. Changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
