Terms of Service

1. General Rental Agreement

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • All balances must be paid prior to entering the vehicle.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  • In the event of mechanical breakdown, every effort will be made to provide a replacement vehicle. If service cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental.

2. Hour Minimums

We normally have a 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights. Non-prime dates (e.g., Sundays) may allow 3-hour minimums. Prom season (select Saturdays in March, April, and May) may require 6-hour minimums for prom, formal, or dance events.

3. Payment Policy

  • Typically 50% deposit is due at booking; remaining balance is due 7–14 days before the event.
  • Events booked within 7 days may require payment in full.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card and other approved platforms.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of reservation are non-refundable.
  • Special event dates are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are always non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Alcohol is not allowed on any vehicle when minors are present, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund in the event of unsafe or unlawful behavior.
  • Smoking is not permitted on any vehicle.
  • No food is allowed on the bus; drivers can make stops for food along the route.
  • Guests may bring their own sealed beverages. Plastic cups are recommended; no glass.

6. Overtime & Additional Hours

Overtime is charged at the hourly rate specified in your agreement. Additional time is billed per hour based on the specific vehicle reserved. Always confirm your itinerary to avoid overtime charges.

7. Decorations & Cleanliness

  • Approved decorations include balloons, streamers, and posters that do not cause damage.
  • Decorations that leave residue or damage surfaces are not permitted.
  • Guests are responsible for disposing of bottles, cups, and trash. Excessive mess may incur cleaning fees.

8. Liability & Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, accidents, or other unforeseen events. Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of luggage wait time; delays beyond this window may incur additional charges.

9. Pricing

All quotes are all-inclusive and cover fuel, driver, insurance, taxes, and gratuity. There are no hidden fees. Gratuity is already included in the quoted rate; additional tipping at your discretion is appreciated but not required.
